My name is Kailynn, and I own and operate Evolve TX Therapy Services, PLLC. I am here to help you achieve your goals and evolve yourself into the person you want to be.

I specialize in treating a variety of mental health issues, including postpartum depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, and identity issues related to motherhood. Additionally, I help working professionals set boundaries, decrease anxiety or depression, improve work-life balance, overcome perfectionism, and strengthen relationships. As a certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I also help adults who have experienced trauma or have insecure attachment styles.
