Our approach is trauma-informed and rooted in mind-body and nervous system regulation. Treatment focuses on helping the nervous system settle so clients can effectively use coping and calming techniques. Interventions are based on evidence-based practices including Sensorimotor (mind-body) Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Parts work. Sessions are conducted either in person or virtually and scheduled at a pace that supports your goals, whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Depending on your symptoms and how they’re affecting your day-to-day functioning, we may discuss additional support options, such as medication management or referral to specialized modalities like EMDR, Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy and others when clinically appropriate.
